A SIMPLE DEMOCRATIC ACTION PUTS AFRICAN AMERICANS IN PROSPERITY

Money, Housing & More

Through proper democratic actions as laid out by this website, African Americans can receive $100,000 in monetary grants and more to immediately improve their lives.

Why Is It FREE?

The grants are FREE because reparations are lawfully due to African Americans (officially recognized as Afro-Descendants by the United Nations). This is a FREE service but does require YOU to take a simple action requiring no money.

The Federal Government Opened The Door......

By passing House Resolution 194 formally apologizing for slavery and acknowledging its consequential ill effects, the government laid the groundwork for Black people to take proper action to be compensated.

Knowing The Law And Your Rights Is Critical!

We recommend a quick study of your rights and law which will give you the necessary confidence in the proposed actions to receive your grant money. Simply knowing our rights can change the economic situation of African Americans for the better. If you could simply unite with a large group of your fellow citizens to withdraw your will/consent from current government and its policy then consent to a policy that will immediately give you $100,000 would you? Well here is your chance!

MICHIGAN CONSTITUTION

§ 1 Political power.

Sec. 1.

All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal benefit, security and protection.

That power explained in the earlier 1835 constitution:

Right of the people.

2. ……….and they have the right at all times to alter or reform the same, and to abolish one form of government and establish another, whenever the public good requires it.

Black people or any other people do not have to keep complaining and crying out about government mistreatment. The People are the masters and officials are public SERVANTS. The law allows us to alter or fire the whole government on any given day at any time as long as enough of us unite to do so. ALL POWER is indeed to The People.

Article 8.

Everyone has the right to an effective REMEDY by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.

With capture and slavery the fundamental human rights of Black people were violated which gave the lawful warrant for remedy or reparations. The People can take it upon themselves to enact such if the current government fails to.

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights

Article 1

1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

There you are! Your power explained in black & white!
